Duties include collections for our service department, service billings, backup to answering phone, administrative duties for the management team and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.  This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably working for a construction company.  Previous construction collections experience and an understanding of AIA billings is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, reliable, self-starter and highly motivated.  Experience with Microsoft software is required.  Candidate must be capable of learning the Companies ComputerEase software in a timely fashion.

Perform routine PV maintenance on contracted solar assets

Visual & mechanical inspections/repairs;Electrical test including meggar, ductor, insulation resistance, PV curve trace

Mechanical including filter replacements, annual inverter maintenance, PV maintenance

Document each PM visit (pictures/test results) and send to client;Experience working with voltages up to 600V AC and 1,000V DC

Manage maintenance schedule;Manage lighting technicians and job schedules

Perform T&M service/Emergency service calls;Communicate service jobs to assistant controller

Document work with pictures & test results (reports to be sent to client)

Assist in PV project installations ranging from residential to commercial (as needed)

Oversee subcontractors; Manage schedule, quality and budget;Interact with customers in professional and courteous manner

Assist in estimating service jobs ;Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; Excellent customer service skills required; Must be available for occasional out of state travel up to 25%; Ability and willing to be on call for emergency service

Responsibilities include performing project specific administrative duties such as submitting permits, compiling record drawings, creating and organizing project close-out documents etc.

Couriering important Project deliverables

Providing innovative ideas within their day to day responsibilities

Managing records of company policies and procedures along with Project specific documentation

Coordinating Project meetings, events and sessions both internal and external

Preparing Meeting Agendas and keeping meeting minutes and project specific financial reports

Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and tracking tools for Project Managers

Arranging the delivery of domestic and international building materials and updating Project Manager on estimated arrival

Act as the liaison for the Project Management team and Accounting department.

Gather and Provide information requested from the Project Management team to the Accounting department

Responsible for the activities that occur at the beginning of a project prior to the start of construction with a specific focus on mechanical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities include detailed takeoffs and budgeting.

Estimators are expected to work with project managers and project foreman to establish budget and operational priorities to help ensure a quality project.

Position reports to Senior Estimator. Experience Required. Qualified candidates please inquire.

Responsible for meeting quality, schedule and budget requirements and ensuring that project objectives, policies and procedures are constantly met.

Responsibilities include communication with tradespeople and labor, subcontract management, change order management, submittals, change orders and closeout.
