Johnson-Mellon Mechanical’s service team realized that the cost to maintain the boilers in this wastewater treatment facility was not going to be the best long-term solution for our customer.
Our design/build team reviewed the current system and presented a new high-efficiency
(90%+ efficient) replacement system with integrated controls and turndown ration for spring and fall. Additionally, the system will be continually monitored for performance.
With the success of this removal/installation, our customer will save a projected $30,000 annually, and plans to replace the remaining 2 old boilers are in the works.
