Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for receiving, tracking, picking, storage, staging, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will be hands on and oversee, train, and evaluate a small staff of delivery drivers and shop personnel. Warehouse Manager will also manage our tool inventory. This position collaborates closely with Construction & Service departments.
Mechanical Service and Maintenance Technician
Maintain a proactive and supportive role relative to the service department’s service team. Requirements include roles as service technician repair, service, and system operation knowledge up to 50 tons of an HVAC system. Other requirements will be to perform preventive maintenance to the manufactures specifications and support our maintenance team. Must have knowledge of HVAC systems up to 50 tons on installing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
