From a bustling retail mall that attracted thousands of shoppers to its more recent state, the northwest side, and the city of Indianapolis is about to see something very special take place on this property.
Known as Window to the World, the more than $200 million project seeks to revitalize the property with a focus on retail, office and residential space, among other amenities.
