When approached by Sam’s Silver Circle, in Fountain Square, we knew there were going to be challenges in this original building that is home to one of the longest-running establishments in historic Fountain Square.
No different from the majority of original architecture in Fountain Square, Sam’s Silver Circle had its challenges during the hottest days of the summer, and during the coldest winter days. Besides the fact that Sam’s offers weekly karaoke, and trivia to their guests, Sam’s Silver Circle’s pizza is recognized as some of the best in the city. So, when it was too hot to fill the place, when it was too hot to cook the pizza, we were called to figure out how to fit this historic building with an efficient, and reliable system for temperature control.
Today, Sam’s Silver Circle is comfortable year-round, and Johnson-Melloh is proud to have provided a solution. We are proud of our fellow local businesses. We are thankful for the opportunities to assist them in times of need.
